ifunds confirms its growth ambition by entering the German speaking market
Acquisition of not-for-profit database division of Outcome Unternehmungsberatung gives ifunds a leading position in Germany
Amersfoort, Cologne, 15 September 2009  -  ifunds Group B.V. announces that it has acquired the not-for-profit database division of the renowned Outcome Unternehmungsberatung based in Cologne, Germany.
Outcome has been active in the not-for-profit markets in Germany, Austria and Switzerland since 2001 with the three leading products Raise-it, Analyse-it and Charity.
The acquisition is ifunds' first step towards establishing a European presence. ifunds believes that it is becoming more and more important to help companies run their businesses across borders with mature software solutions. Support and services will be provided locally, but the companies' global synergies will be used to develop innovative products. 'We believe that the need to exchange information at an international level and use fundraising tools will become an absolute necessity as fundraising becomes more and more professional. The different types of support will also gain importance and will, of course, be reflected in the software solutions.  We're pleased to be working in an environment that stimulates the exchange of ideas and contributes to the development of innovative software solutions,' says Reinhard Detering, Sales Director at ifunds Germany.

Among others, ifunds Germany GmbH boasts the following customers: Naturschutzbund (NABU) (Nature and Biodiversity Conservation Union), Oxfam Germany, MÈdecins sans FrontiËres Austria, Alzheimer Research Initiative and the Deutsche Stiftung Denkmalschutz (German Foundation for Monument Protection).
